These mini retreats will typically be around 3 hours long giving you a bit more than you get from a yoga class but not so much of a commitment (time or money) that they seem unattainable postnatally. My aim is to collaborate with wonderful local business to give you some REAL time for you. We will start with a Pre or Postnatal Yoga session and end with lovely relaxation and sandwiched in between will be a little treat just for you. I plan to hold sessions monthly. These are aimed for Mum only so you can really switch and focus on taking care of you!
